Hello Rams Hockey parents and members!

My name is Ben Warda, owner and head instructor of West Michigan Pro Hockey School. I want to thank the Rams Hockey Board Members for bringing one of our training camps to Cedar Rock Sports Plex this summer from July 31 – August 4.

To give you an idea of what we’re all about, our camps run on a training camp style format the players would experience at the junior, college, and pro levels.

We follow the camp itinerary to the very minute to teach the players the importance of attention to detail and to maximize improvement while at camp.  The itinerary can be found in the Cedar Rock Camp Newsletter.

The Cedar Rock Camp is open to ALL AGES however; players will be split up into small groups of 3-4 based on age levels as all of our practice plans and workouts are tailored specifically for each age group.

The camp will run Monday – Friday from 8:15 am – 3:30 pm and will consist of 3 hours of on-ice, a 50-minute video session, a 1-hour workout, team building drills, and 1 nutrition meeting throughout the week with our own personal camp Nutritionist, Nanette Cameron.

We are very proud to have the best coaching staff out of any hockey school in the state of Michigan as ALL STAFF MEMBERS CURRENTLY PLAY HOCKEY AT THE PROFESSIONAL LEVEL & WE’RE DIVISION 1 COLLEGE PLAYERS (including myself). We have also just recently hired Western Michigan University Director of Player Development: Dave Killip to join our staff to work one-on-one with our players providing a rare opportunity for these kids to be seen and coached by a Division 1 College Hockey representative. Full staff bios can be found at our website I want my players at camp to learn from coaches who have played at the highest levels and know how hard to push these kids to improve as much as possible while working with us.

The camp cost is $435 per player and $200 per goalie. Each player will receive/keep a Warrior Camp Jersey, Warrior Workout Shirt, and Report Card with coach’s comments and testing results. We will also raffle off great prizes from our sponsors Warrior Hockey and the Training Mask.

All registration details can be found at our website, or by clicking our logo here. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or any further details you may need. We will also be providing regular camp updates via Facebook at: West Michigan Pro Hockey School. Thank you all very much, I look forward to working with you this summer!

Hello Players and Parents!

With the 2017 off-season about to roll in, we'd like to take a moment to introduce you to the Michigan Hockey Prospects Camp and our website:

Michigan Hockey Prospects was created last year by Chris Green (Davenport University) and Mark Beaufait (Professional Player) with the sole purpose of getting players prepared for the upcoming season
Summer time is the best time to focus on individual skills that coaches do not spend enough time on during the year.
The 2017 MHP camps will be broken down to reinforce the individual skills needed for players to excel on their fall teams.

This summer we have 2 camp opportunities.
