Learn to Skate
The Rams Hockey Association typically offers four 6-week Learn to Skate sessions during the season. The sessions were geared toward kids who were 4 to 9 years old and are new to ice skating. Each session offers one hour of on-ice instruction per week. Our coaches work with the participants to teach them the basics of skating and prepare them to transition into Learn to Play.

LTS 2026-2027
Our Learn to Skate program is designed for children ages 4–13 with little or no skating experience, providing a fun, supportive environment to learn the fundamentals of skating through games and skill-based activities. With four six-week sessions offered throughout the year, skaters can join any session and build a strong foundation for hockey, figure skating, or simply enjoying time on the ice.
